Almost all orders from Krohn + Co are made to order, meaning they are made just for YOU! All orders are made within 3-5 days of order and shipped the following Monday or Friday. This is not to say something could not be made sooner, just a safe timeline for estimation of completion.

My shipping rates are generated for me and generally pretty accurate! If you are ever overcharged for shipping I will reach out to refund the excess if over $1. 

Custom is CUSTOM! If something is customized it is a final sale. If for any reason the item has a defect or flaw, please reach out immediately so we can assess the issue and handle it for you.
